NLC Men's Breakfast
“Discover creative ways to encourage others and to motivate them toward acts of compassion, doing beautiful works as expressions of love. 25 This is not the time to pull away and neglect meeting together, as some have formed the habit of doing. In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning.” (Hebrews 10:24-45 The Passion Translation)
“As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” (Prov.27:17 NKJV)
Those are two foundational Scripture verses that speak to me about Men’s Breakfast. Men need men in their lives, and not just to play golf, watch football, or gather for another activity. We need each other to grow in the Lord, to encourage one another, and basically to be real with each other. And I believe that we need that today more than ever before.
Men’s Breakfast is for you – young or old (like me), married or single. As long as you are upright and breathing Men’s Breakfast is for you. So, take 1-1/2 hours a month and join me as we grow together in our walk with the Lord. Details below!
